The erection of a promenade in the hilly highlands surrounding the black sea will ensure the access to cities, which will soon be lost, soon be engulfed by the rising water levels. Using a special glass tunnel and glass cover technology, the water will be stopped in places and consequently also the decay of the cities and places. However, in order to maintain them as habitable satellites of the old world, large-scale adaptive arrangements are required for even the simplest processes of everyday life will demand a great deal from people when performed ‘under water’. The new way of life in the underwater museum, though, will be worth a look, not just due to its uniqueness and its future prospects.
